We are seeking a SR Product Marketing Manager- Wireless Backhaul Metro Infrastructure Products for a ***POSITION LOCATED IN VANCOUVER, BC, CANADA***
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive(in a hands-on capacity as an individual contributor with no direct reports) the product marketing efforts for wireless backhaul Metro infrastructure components
- Develop business plans, strategies, value propositions
QUALIFICATIONS:
- ***THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN VANCOUVER, BC, SO MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE THERE TO BE CONSIDERED***
- BS or better in EE
- 8-10+ years of semiconductor industry experience, coupled with 5 years semiconductor marketing experience, and strong technical and architecture knowledge in wireless infrastructure/ backhaul market
- Subject matter expert in multi-mode basestations, radio-node controllers, media-gateways and wireless backhaul technologies for Metro applications
- Protocol expert in 2G, 3G and 4G anchored on emerging IP backhaul
- Good understanding of firmware/software, as the products managed would have programmability capability built in
- Solid understanding of the semiconductor market, and abreast of current and changing market conditions affecting this product segment.
- Proven ability to understand and develop plans and strategies to clearly communicate technology solutions, complex business issues, differentiation and value propositions
- Strong presentation, organization, communication and interpersonal skills
- Results oriented and customer-driven
- Ability to travel internationally(primarily to ASIA or Europe); roughly 25% travel
