Job Requirements:

- 1 year of experience providing support in a Windows 7 or higher environment
- 1 year experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- 1 year experience logging/managing incidents in a ticketing system
- experience with a document management system an asset
- Relevant IT related diploma, degree or certifications
- Relevant educational lab experience likely applicable
- Strong communication skills in both official languages
