Our government client is seeking a team of 4 Java Developers to develop
various software components for a Revenue Management System (RMS) and
provide mentoring to junior developers, helping them to develop and acquire
new software development skills.<br>

Role and Responsibilities
* Assist in the development of various software components for the Revenue
Management System (RMS);
* Mentor junior developers, assist them to develop and acquire new
software development skills;
* If needed, clarify needs, requirements, specifications and delivery
schedule with the Project Authority;
* Review, confirm, validate and update the analysis and design work
performed to date;
* Collaborate with the development team to iteratively create screens and
functionality for several modules of the Revenue Management System;
* Develop a bilingual module using the Java language and the Struts
presentation framework, comprised of JSP screens and functionality
including inter-screen navigation, using the standard tools and techniques;
and
* Document the development framework/architecture used for future
maintenance efforts.
Qualifications and Experience
* 5-10 years experience in JAVA, Java Server Pages and Struts development;
* 5-8 years experience in developing J2EE applications with an Oracle
RDBMS back-end;
* 2 years experience in Software System Application Design and
Implementation;
* 5 years experience the Microsoft Visual Source Safe Version Control
software;
* 5 years experience in working with the MyEclipse Java development tool;
and
* 5 years experience in working with the Weblogic Java application server.
