Thats the good stuff, here is the bad... The back yard is a weedy mess of
neglected raised beds. This can be a fantastic long term site for the
right person interested in gardening. If you are motivated to work the
garden, I am motivated to supply materials to get it back under control.
The current tenants weren't interested and I live 2 hours out of town.
If you are interested, I am sure the current tenants would allow you to
work the yard in advance of the move in date.

I retain a 180 SF room in the basement for storage.

I will be in Ottawa Saturday May 10 from about 11AM to 6PM. Other dates
