This 17" monitor has been excellent for the last 9 years (DOM: Aug 97). The
color is excellent and it is still very bright. Over the past month it has
developed an intermittent problem where the screen goes blank and makes a
clicking noise. Turning it off and then back on fixes the problem
temporarily, but the problem re-occurs every few days. It has actually been
pretty good for the last week (light use - only happened once), but two
weeks ago it happened at least once a day.
