The SimplyRaw Detox Program is based entirely on fresh easily
digestible living plant foods, and does not involve taking any
supplements.

Our 4 week program is a gentle and effective method to cleanse the
body of accumulated toxins through nutrition and bring your health
back into balance. Unlike many other programs, you won't feel deprived
or go hungry, and the abundance of raw plant foods will supply the
body with the nutrients necessary for optimum health. Whether you wish
to lose weight, overcome a health challenge or just interested in
feeling more energetic and youthful, the SimplyRaw Detox is a sure way
to help bring your health to the next level.

There are two key components to the program:

Our comprehensive detox manual provides week-by-week guidelines,
outlines of what to eat and what not to eat, recipes, & lots of
complimentary reference sheets on how to enhance your detoxification.

The program includes 5 weekly face-to-face meetings with ongoing
discussions through our detox mailing list to help you gain valuable
insights not only from SimplyRaw, but from others experiencing the
program with you. Group size is limited to ensure personal attention
and good group dynamics.
