I am sorry for not setting up a January club meet! I have been very
busy, and OTS has a class this month!!! If you have not signed up
please do! It will be a great class, email me with any questions.

So I think we should meet in early February, how does the 2nd sound?

We have not gotten the signed books from John Young yet, so I thought
we could go into some man tracking exercises.

I will go to the ots site. I just had another class with kevin reeves and he says he know several of the people @ ots and says Hi!

Start the year off right. Easy ways to stay in shape in the new year.
