Otrunk fails to start

I get the following error intermittently today. Anyone have a clue?

That implies that there was an error getting the previous learner data... when I go to the bundle download page listed (http://saildataservice.concord.org/11/offering/6523/bundle/13720/1),

I indeed get an error message. It looks like it's complaining that the workgroup doesn't exist... I'll investigate a little further.

It looks like Workgroup 13720 is associated with Offering 3585, but the url below thinks it is associated with Offering 6523. How are you running this link? Is it a report with custom offering and workgroup ids?

I logged in to CAPA php portal as a student, switched to a different
class, and ran the activity.
I can't run the group report on that activity either (same error),
likely because it gets that corrupt bundle.
Am I forever doomed with the group report then?
