With Ben's and Aaron's help I've setup the a new, easier to remember
location for otrunk-examples:
http://otrunk.concord.org/examples/

Also you can now reference the sub folders without the full html file so
for example you can find LOOPS at:
http://otrunk.concord.org/examples/LOOPS/

The old site is still up and is still updated, so any DIYs or users that
are pointing to that location for otmls or web pages should not be affected.
