email não entra no OTRS

Alguem pode me ajudar em como ultrapassar este erro:

Something went wrong while trying to connect to 'IMAPOAuth2 => otrs...@nosi.cv/outlook.office365.com': Can't call method "authenticate" on an undefined value at /opt/otrs/Kernel/System/MailAccount/IMAPOAuth2.pm line 83.

Já verificamos a configuração do OUTH2 no azure, e configuramos tambem no OTRS em oauth2 onde inserimos o client ID o secret ID e os token.

MAs mesmo assim continuamos com o mesmo erro e os tickets não estão a entrar na plataforma.

Este grupo já não está a funcionar? Tenho enviado vários emails e não tenho tido nenhum retorno.
