[otrs] Statistics

Hi everyone,

OTRS have a good web interface for Statistics.

I need this data in to an existing reporting tool we have and I wonder if OTRS do have any API so I automatically can pull out this data?

http://dev.otrs.org documents the API. You may also look at the otrs.GenerateStats.pl to export a given Stat number to csv so the other can import.
