[otrs] OTRS 3.1 Additional customer informations in TicketZoom view

Hello,

I'd like to add some more customer informations on the side bar widget
in the ticket zoom view.
I actually have the default firstname, name, user name and mail, and I
want to add the comment field.
I took a look at the AgentTicketZoom.dtl file and see this section :
# show customer info table
<!-- dtl:block:CustomerTable -->
$Data{"CustomerTable"}
<!-- dtl:block:CustomerTable -->

Where is defined the CutomerTable ? I saw many times that it would
eventually be in the config.pm.... but there's nothing in that file that
talk about the customerTable (I can copy/past this file content if needed).

I recently asked about this and found out that any customer information that is provided in the customer admin module for a customer will show up in that side bar widget. Personally, I tested this exactly with the Comment field.

Thanks...but where do you access this "customer admin module" (excuse me, i'm pretty new with OTRS, a lot of things to discover...) ?

Login as an admin agent, click on the "ADMIN" menu and then you'll see many links on a page with various admin modules. One of them is named "Customers". That's the one.

In most OTRS installations you'll see also an entry named "CUSTOMERS" right in line with the "ADMIN" one. You can use it to jump directly to the customers admin module.
