[otrs] Error Message: Impossible to send message

I just started getting the error message below this morning when trying to send emails out to customers (email address and IP have been masked).  The emails are going out to the customers successfully though.

The message transfer agent (Exchange,sendmail, smtp, smtp smarthost) is unable to relay the message to the recipient. This is any number of reasons, but none of them explicitly relate to OTRS.
