Hello,

Good afternoon, is it possible to authenticate OTRS version 6.0.30 with OAUTH2 to connect with gmail and fetch mails? or is there any implementation available for ((OTRS)) Community Edition?

These questions are related to the thread posted by google:

Last December, we announced that we’d be turning off less secure app (LSA) access to G Suite accounts, and that you should migrate to OAuth authentication instead. The first phase of the LSA turn-down was scheduled for June 15, 2020.

Thread: https://workspaceupdates.googleblog.com/2020/03/less-secure-app-turn-off-suspended.html

Thanks for help.

Mirko Pizarro Pizarro.

There is a commercial add-on available for the ((OTRS)) Community Edition by a 3rd party. I don’t know if sth. similar exists for OTRS.

Kind regards,
Roy
