[otrs] Attachments not showing up in emails

Hi,

 

I have had a couple of people complaining about not receiving attachments that I have sent from within OTRS. Checking the logs on the SMTP server I can see that the emails have a size that must include the attachment. But it is not there when I open the email in Exchange. This behaviour started in OTRS 3. Has anybody else experienced this and found a possible cause and solution to it?

Hi Lars,

Can you please tell me what type of email clients and servers your
clients use, if possible? Part of this info is usually in the headers
of the emails they send. Can you share what version of OTRS 3 you're
running? And create a bug report on http://bugs.otrs.org with an
attachment of the source of the outgoing email? You can export this
via the "Plain Format" action on your article in the ticket zoom.
