Hi, I know which is the procedure to delete a ticket created by error, which does not generate statisticsthanks for the help

It would be really great if people could stick to the English language.
I've seen Russian emails (I think) on this list too. Great if you guys
understand that, but please note the fact that others are reading this
list too.

Why would people have to stick to English? I guess I don't understand
this comment. The original poster posted in English, which is not his
native language and someone responded in their native language. The
point of the list is so that people can get help, and clearly in this
case the person having the problem speaks Spanish. I don't see the
problem. There are many threads I don't read because I am not
interested in them, one thread in Spanish isn't causing me a problem.

I have a small script exactly for this purpose.
If running in a machine other than the DB, you have to change the $DBNAME variable.
If you use a non-unix platform just comment the stty lines.
Disclaimer: I have only tested it with OTRS 2.4

El script que adjunto sirve exactamente para ese proposito.
Si lo corres en una maquina distinta a la DB tienes que cambiar la variable $DBNAME.
Si no usas unix tienes que comentar las lineas que ejecutan stty.
Nota: Solo lo he probado con OTRS 2.4

...but others may comment, learn from the answer and correct it only if they
understand it.
