Hy all,
i'm working once more on my otrs system and
i was trying to make a stats config which would tell me how many tickets have their first answer in the first response time period i've configurede in my queu config:
Escalation - First Response Time: 2880 (0 = no escalation - 24 hours = 1440 minutes - Only business hours are counted.) minutes ( Notify by 50%)
