[otrs] Modifying the printed PDF document

Hello,

my intention is to modify the layout of the PDF, which is created when I click on "Print".

The underlying link is http://192.168.56.2/otrs/index.pl?Action=AgentTicketPrint;TicketID=2;ArticleID=3, but when I modify Kernel/Output/HTML/Standard/AgentTicketPrint.dtl it has no effect on the PDF Output.

What am I doing wrong?
