Heroku Build Timed Out

Hi all,
I am trying to run an online session using Heroku, but for no reason, it stopped working -- I received the following message fro Papertrail:
Build output !
! Build timed out while waiting to start.
!
When I tried to reset the database, I received the following message:
django.db.utils.ProgrammingError: relation "otree_taskqueuemessage" does not exist May 27 10:01:14 econ-experiment app/web.1 LINE 1: ...json", "otree_taskqueuemessage"."epoch_time" FROM "otree_tas...
It is really frustrating at this point as I have planned to start a session like now....
Any idea on what might have caused this issue?
