Number of web dyno for interactive otree app

Dear all, 

I conducted a group decision-making experiment (interactive decision making game) yesterday with the five dynos setting.  However, all participants were stagnant on the waiting page for the partner who makes group decisions with.

Is it inappropriate for interactive games(e.g, group decision-making) to set the number of dynos to more than one?

I'm wondering what is the appropriate dyno setting (web dyno and worker dyno) for my case.

You should not run multiple web dynos. Actually oTree Hub prevents you from doing this. And it’s described in the docs here: https://otree.readthedocs.io/en/latest/server/heroku.html
