Environment Variables

What values can the environment variables OTREE_PRODUCTION and OTREE_AUTH_LEVEL take and what does each of these values mean? I cannot find this information in the documentation. 

My goal is to figure out what values to use when testing/debugging and when instead running the actual data collection on Heroku.

Auth level is documented here: https://otree.readthedocs.io/en/latest/admin.html#password-protection

OTREE_PRODUCTION is Boolean, either set to 1 or not set at all.
