New project: oTree HR (MTurk & cloud payments integration)

Hello all,

I am releasing a development version of a new project, oTree HR: https://github.com/oTree-org/HR/blob/main/README.md

The plan for oTree HR is to integrate oTree with various cloud recruiting/payment platforms such as MTurk, Prolific, Venmo, PayPal, etc.

External contributions are welcome!

Currently it does publishing to MTurk with micro-batching. It's just a development version. The user interface currently looks like crap, but internally the code architecture is set up and it will be quite easy to add new functionality.

New update: I have added Prolific support!

I have released an update. For the time being it requires the latest version of oTree 5.
