Running Numpy on Heroku/Sandbox?

My code uses Numpy, and it runs perfectly on the deverser. But when I run it on Heroku or Sandbox, it returns an error saying 'no module named numpy'. Is there a way to resolve this? Thanks!

add numpy to your requirements.txt.
