Our goal is more than to simply manage your community: it is to become your trusted partner in the operation of your community. We look forward to working with you and developing a management program for your community.

Pinnacle Community Association Management (PCAM) opened its doors on March 1, 2006 and has since obtained clients ranging from condominiums, single family residences to high rise condominiums. PCAM employs a staff of fifty-two, all of which are stationed at the corporate office, on site communities, or in the field.

PCAM offers diverse experience that will guide Boards of Directors in situations that most communities have to deal with on a day to day basis. This ranges from implementing parking rules and dispersing decals, registering pets and maintaining a level of cleanliness to ensure that pet feces do not overtake the community to working with vendors to make sure they are meeting their contractual obligations.

Our management style is team based. All of our staff members can assist any Board Member and / or Homeowner with anything they might need. This style of management allows PCAM to be as flexible as the Board of Directors would like and still remain compliant with Nevada Revised Statute 116.

Pinnacle Community Services is a private, non-profit family service agency, that has been at work in the Niagara community since 1895. The strength of Pinnacle Community Services is the network of inter-related and complimentary services reaching people at every age and every stage of life; that is what makes us unique. With offices in Niagara Falls and Lockport we impact the lives of children, adults, and families in communities all across Niagara County on a daily basis. We can help you and your family find the services you need.

As a family service agency, we recognize that help and healing for each individual occur within this personal network of relationships. Our job is to help people help themselves. We provide a positive relationship with a caring professional to help people strengthen connections to others, fix what is broken and repair what is damaged, leading to a healthier life for the individual and a healthier community.

We approach each community in a proactive manner, communication is key! Keeping our communities informed along with picking up the phone, responding to emails and being out in the communities getting to know the owners are just a few of the personal touches we provide.

In the realm of construction and home improvement, few accolades hold as much prestige as the Owens Corning Pinnacle Community Award. This highly esteemed recognition is bestowed upon companies that demonstrate exceptional craftsmanship, community involvement, and a commitment to delivering top-notch service. In 2023, Trinity Exteriors emerged as the proud recipient of this prestigious award, cementing our position as a leader in the industry.

Trinity has long been known for our unwavering commitment to craftsmanship and quality. Our dedicated team of professionals boasts extensive experience in roofing, siding, and other exterior home improvement services. Our meticulous attention to detail and use of premium materials have consistently delivered outstanding results for our clients.

The Owens Corning Pinnacle Community Award recognizes Trinity Exteriors' exemplary workmanship, as we consistently go above and beyond industry standards. Beyond exceptional craftsmanship, Trinity places great importance on giving back to the communities we serve. The Owens Corning Pinnacle Community Award acknowledges our significant contributions in making a positive impact beyond our exterior work. Trinity actively engages in various community initiatives, such as partnering with local charities, volunteering time and resources for community events, and supporting neighborhood improvement projects. On top of our volunteering, we also set aside $20 from each roofing and siding project to donate to Toys for Tots as well as an employee nominated Non-Profit.

Through our involvement in the community, Trinity has established strong relationships and earned the trust of the homeowners we work with. Our commitment to making a difference is a core value shared among our employees, who actively take place in monthly volunteer events.

Along with winning this award, Owens Corning was able to write a check for $10,000 to a Non-Profit Organization of our choice. Our employee nominated organization, Wiggle Your Toes, dedicates their efforts to empower those who have lost a limb to move forward, take action and get back to the life they want. Aaron Holm, the founder, was beyond grateful for the opportunity to receive this donation.

Winning the 2023 Owens Corning Pinnacle Community Award is not only a significant achievement for Trinity Exteriors but also a testament to our dedication, hard work, and commitment to excellence. It reaffirms our position as a trusted industry leader and sets the stage for continued success in the future.

As we forge ahead, Trinity Exteriors strives to inspire others in pursuit of giving back to the community. This recognition by Owens Corning serves as a reminder that passion, hard work, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact can pave the way for success.

At The Pinnacle of Greenville we offer three styles of apartments, with the latest comfort and safety features. Home cooked meals, the latest in safety features, and the freedom to move about and socialize are just a few of the amenities that we provide.

One of the major benefits of a quality Assisted Living community is that three home-cooked meals are provided each day, making nutritional and diabetic concerns easy for the residents to comply. Each meal is served in a cheerful, family-style dining room, providing social interactions and camaraderie among residents. A private dining room is also available for residents to dine with family and visitors.

Every year, Camp Pinnacle welcomes campers from all over the United States and even the world. Our goal is to be a national and even a global camp, rather than a regional one. So far in 2015, our camper population comes from a whopping 33 states and 15 countries!

We love having so much diversity at camp, and we know the campers truly enjoy getting to know others from different cultures and backgrounds. Through our welcoming community and super-fun activities, Camp Pinnacle kids easily find common ground and quickly make great, long-lasting friendships.

Our map may expand as we add our last few campers for the summer. While many of our campers come from North Carolina and the southeastern region, we know how important it is to embrace and expand the breadth of cultural diversity at Camp Pinnacle, and we work hard to continue to draw campers from all over the world. Our students come from as far away as Taiwan, and as far south as South Africa. In the States, our campers span the four corners of the country, from Washington to California, and from Florida to Maine.

Onondaga Community College honored its 2022 Pinnacle Award winners during a ceremony held May 4 in the SRC Arena's Otis Suite. The Pinnacle program recognizes students who have shown excellence in one or more of the following fields: leadership, civic engagement, and scholarly research. Students selected demonstrated not only an exemplary academic performance, but also a strong connection with the campus or community. OCC President Dr. Casey Crabill applauded the honorees on being chosen. "You know how many people are in each of your programs. You're the ones. Congratulations on being that light, on being that presence, on being that thing people see when they look out. Because of your modeling and your participation there are a whole bunch of students behind you who say 'I want to be that.'"
