The North American Industry Classification System is the standard used by Federal statistical agencies in classifying business establishments for the purpose of collecting, analyzing, and publishing statistical data related to the U.S. business economy.
NAICS was developed under the auspices of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), and adopted in 1997 to replace the Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) system. The NAICS codes are reviewed and revised every five years.
Question 7 of Bankruptcy Official Form 201 requires non-individual debtors to list the 4-digit NACIS Code that best describes their business. The 4-digit Industry Group NACIS Code is a "parent" of the 6-digit NACIS Code that the debtor may use for its tax records or for other business purposes. If you know the debtor's 6-digit NACIS Code, the first four digits should be used to complete question 7. If you do not know the 6-digit NACIS Code, please pick the 4-digit code that best describes the debtor's business. The 2022 4-digit chart available on this website is derived from the 2-6 digit Code file available on the United States Census website.

The 1st edition of the FASD 4-Digit Diagnsotic Code was developed by the Washington State FAS Diagnostic and Prevention Network (FASDPN) in 1997. The 4-Digit Code is a simple, comprehensive, evidence-based method for diagnosing the full spectrum of outcomes observed among individuals with prenatal alcohol exposure. The 4-Digit Diagnostic Code provides more accurate and reproducible diagnoses than the gestalt method due to its use of quantitative, objective measurement scales, and specific case-definitions.
The four digits in the Code reflect the magnitude of expression of the four key diagnostic features of FASD in the following order: (1) growth deficiency, (2) the FAS facial features, (3) brain structural and functional abnormalities, and (4) prenatal alcohol exposure. The magnitude of expression of each feature is ranked independently on a 4-point Likert scale with 1 reflecting complete absence of the FASD feature and 4 reflecting a strong "classic" presence of the FASD feature. The 4-Digit Code also documents and ranks all other prenatal and postnatal risk factors that often accompany prenatal alcohol exposure. The 4-Digit Code is used to diagnose individuals across the entire age span (birth through adult).
The 4-Digit Diagnostic Code has been used to diagnose thousands of patients in the WA State FASDPN clinics over the past 30 years. The 4-Digit Code is designed for use by an interdisciplinary FASD diagnostic team. The University of Washington team includes a medical doctor, psychologist, an occupational therapist, a speech-language pathologist and a public health professional. Click here for a detailed description of the interdisciplinary approach to FASD diagnosis used by the Washington State FASDPN.
Evidence-Base and Validation.
The FASD 4-Digit Code was established from an extensive evidence base that included testing its performance for 4 years in the FASD Clinic on 1,014 patients before its release in 1997. We have continued to extensively test (validate) the performance of the FASD 4-Digit Code on thousands of patients over the past 30 years. The evidence-base that validates the performance of the 4-Digit Code is presented in the following research publications and presentations:
The FASD 4-Digit Diagnostic Code is used by FASD diagnostic teams worldwide. Recent international surveys have identified the 4-Digit Code as the most common FASD diagnostic system used worldwide. Over 2000 professionals in 38 countries have completed the FASD 4-Digit Diagnostic Code Online Course.
Can i get a new blue tooth code from any were as I have lost mine. I tried to reset my tracker only to find I need the blue tooth 4 digit code to do so. And i am now unable to sync Tracker to my phone (HELP)
Hey my friend @LordHorn, hope you're doing great! I'm a bit confused let me say... are you trying to find the 4 digit code when pairing your tracker? If so, the digits are located on your tracker. What means that when setting it up you'll ask for this numbers at what you need to take a look at the Charge 2 screen as they'll be prompted there.
If you keep having issues with the setup, I'd recommend doing what I posted here. If the inconvenience is not setup but syncing, syncing difficulty is usually caused by a missing requirement. Let's verifying this:

Thank you sooo much !! I went thru 6 hours searching and trying different things to get this to work. Your answer was the one that worked. I don't know if it was the turning off 3 times that did it or what but I got my 4 digit code and everything is setting up. Many many thanks!
I have tired everything and when I try to sync it, my phone is asking for the code but the Fitbit charge 3 isn't showing me a code to enter. It did at first, but it wouldn't sync after and now I'm not getting anything.
Hello @akellerr and welcome to the Community. Can you please clarify a few things? Where is this code request happening in the + Set Up a Device sequence? When you set up a new device, you select + Set Up a Device, then select Versa 3. The Bluetooth pairing code appears on the Versa 3, you enter it in the Fitbit app and continue the rest of the set up. If your Versa 3 is asking for a code, then it sounds like the previous owner had a device lock with a PIN code and didn't clear the user data before selling it.
No success here so I removed the device from my account. Now I can only get as far as entering the 4 digit code when trying to add the device back in. I receive the code on my fitbit fine but get a Not Working message? after entering it stating...
Please take a look at this post to check what steps to do to fix this. Please do them in the order given. If you already did some of those steps, please try them once again. Once the Firmware update is finished, your One should work properly.
SantiFitbit - can you share why this is happening to One's globally? Why is Fitbit not informing One owners that something is not working with the 6.64 update and why are so many Fitbit's bricking with this new update? @SunsetRunner - please share if following @SantiR 's advice worked for you, because it is not working for a lot of One users.
Exact same problem here. Wouldn't sync after attempting the update. I removed the One device and have been trying to add it back, but I get "The operation couldn't be completed. (com.fitbit.HTTP error 400).
@SunsetRunner @Ceeleigh I hope you're doing well! As your tracker are unpaired, you will need to try to pair them back again to your accounts to later perform the firmware update process. Please try the following (in that order), if you already did some of those steps, please do them once again:
Checking on that, it is possible that because the update is still being rolled out, some adjustments need to be done (as the post says), so, that make me believe that it will be alright soon. However, I can't confirm any of this. So, checking that original thread for updates is the best thing to do. For the moment, I can share some workarounds with you that may help you out. If they don't, I can contact customer support for you as well for them to help you further!
I unpaired my after the firmware update, and cant get passed the 4 digit paring. Tired doing the update on my computer and get the same error message as I do on my phone? Sucks this was the perfect product for me!!
4. Open up Fitbit app, add the new device and follow the instructions. *Note: you will have to turn Fitbit on and enter the information from the Fitbit to the setup of the Fitbit app. Just follow the prompts to add the new device. *Note: It might take a minute or so to add the new device, so wait for a few minutes and it should be added.
Also, take a look at the Discussions Board as you will find a lot of interesting things there. Feel free to post on any thread you want. If you are looking for Fitbit friends to compete with on challenges, check this thread to add some!
