So continuing with animals, I will continue with the next name for a cat.  The next cat that we'll be talking about is the black cat, which is known as the kuro neko.

So I will now continue on with Japan's Lost Generation.  One way that the Japanese hiring practices can be accurately described is extreme.  Here's what I mean.  It all starts with shushoku katsudo, which is a crazy job hunting process that university students have to go through at the end of their graduations.  Basically, Japanese companies will only hire once a year and will only go for college graduates, but they'll do it in huge numbers.  The graduates have to go through all of these group interviews with the companies, and they're guaranteed a job by the end of the process.  And they pretty much end up staying at that company for their entire career.  This is the lifetime employment practice known as shushin koyo.  And from there, the companies will only promote from inside the company so that way, the company is personally grooming it's future executives itself.  And while this may sound great on the surface because you're guaranteed a job and a career by company, this results in an inflexible work culture.  You only have one chance at getting a job and if you fail to succeed in that company, you're just out of luck because no company will ever hire you again.  And I will go into how these practices directly caused the Lost Generation next week.

Well this is the first time that I've been able to give you a preview of a live action anime.  Well a stage play rather than live action but still close enough.  And even though I've seen the anime itself, I'm not exactly sure how I'll like this one since live actions don't always follow the anime.  But that doesn't mean I won't give it a chance since there is always the possibly that I will end up loving it.  If you've also seen the anime and are willing to give this stage play a chance because you just might like it as well, or even if you've never seen the anime and this stage play will be your first time experiencing the story, then we can both pre - order ours below:
