A friendly reminder to enter by tonight, midnight (Tuesday 3rd) for the Port Chalmers Rogaine this Sunday 8 March.

This is a fundraiser for St Leonards School.

The Low Down:

A 90 minute rogaine around the scenic tracks and streets of Port Chalmers. 

🐰“Early Easter" theme - dress up encouraged! 

🐣 Easter Goodies on course! 

🌭Bring cash for Sausage Sizzle & drinks after

🎖️Spot Prize draw to follow

    • (We will print some extra maps for late and on day entries but encourage registering before end of Tuesday to help us with map printing numbers & to guarantee maps to entrants).

    • Teams of 2-5 people.

    • Individuals welcome

Cost for all entrants:

    • Adults: $20       

    • Under-18s and Tertiary students: $10

    • Under 5: Free 

    • Family: $50 

Event Centre:    

  • Watson Park, Port Chalmers -  Albertson Avenue, Port Chalmers

Timing:

    • Registration & Map Handout open:  10 am

    • Intro session for beginners: 10.15am

    • Briefing (compulsory):    10:50am

    • Start:    11:00 am

    • Finish:   12.30 pm

      Sausage Sizzle & Spot Prize Draw to follow 

Toilets:

Please note there are no toilets at the start/finish.

  • The closest public toilets to start/finish: George Street, next to Pioneer Hall. There are also toilets on course: Boiler Point (Carey’s Bay) & Back Beach.

Transport:

  • Car parking: There is a small carpark next to Watson Park & otherwise on Albertson Ave. 

  • Please consider biking on Te Ara Moana from town, or catching the number 14 City-Port Bus.

  • (The 9.31am from Bus Hub B will get you to George Street, Port Chalmers just before 10am & from there Watson Park is a 5 minute walk. Buses return to town at 15 past the hour)
