Hi everyone.
The Orienteering Club committee has decided that it might be appropriate to change the Club's name to reflect our membership now living all over Otago and not just in Dunedin. Such a move would need to be made by way of a resolution at our forthcoming AGM. We have had a number of suggestions and to finalise the choice of a proposed new name we are surveying the entire membership.
Please visit the following link and register your vote (note - one of the options is to have no change).

The Survey closes Monday 16th March.
If the survey suggests a new name is desired, the appropriate notice of motion will be included in the final agenda when it is sent out a week before the Annual Meeting.

Reminder that the AGM will be at the Chingford Park event on Sunday 29th March.

Hi  - I have advised Myles that if you want to change the name of the club that this is of constitutional significance and that it ought to need more than a weeks notice before the AGM for ratification. Myles has not replied to my advice.
-> FYI
