System extension blocked

When I try to run sshfs on my Mac, I get a popup saying "System extension blocked" and that I should go to the privacy settings of my Mac to allow the app there.

No such option there - I'm pretty sure though that this was possible in the past.

I'm on MacOS Ventura 13.0 right now and have a M1 Max
