I upgraded to Sierra so I needed to switch to Elements, and I really love some of the new features (Like it knows my external keyboard, etc.) Do I need to do something to make it start on boot? It appears to be doing so, but I don't see it in Startup Items.

It's not in your Login Items because it's a LaunchDaemon not a Login Item. The file that controls this is `/Library/LaunchDaemons/org.pqrs.karabiner.karabiner_grabber.plist`, and it's installed automatically by the KE installer package. If KE isn't starting automatically likely this file is missing or improperly installed and you should redownload and reinstall KE.
