Disable L-Shift Key for Internal Keyboard Only, not for any other Bluetooth or USB Keyboards

Hi All -- L-Shift on my internal keyboard is permanently stuck. I'd like to disable it completely. Using the Simple Modifications tab on K-Elements only seems to allow me to map the key differently, so I'm not sure how to proceed. Cheers!
