"Karabiner" for Ubuntu/Linux

I have a Mac at work and Ubuntu at home and I very love Karabiner for easy shortcuts remap. I wonder if something similar to Karabiner exists in Ubuntu. Maybe author has some plans to port this great app to Ubuntu?

Unfortunately, there is not a plan porting Karabiner for now.
There are some key remapper in Linux.
Please consider using them.
