macOS version: macOS 10.15.3 (19D76)
Karabiner version: Karabiner-Elements 12.9.0
Your Mac hardware: MacBook Pro 16 inch
Your keyboard hardware: Adata XPG Summoner (https://www.xpg.com/en/feature/627/)

Hi,

I tried to map the keys of XPG summoner, but with no result. I have followed all the instruction of putting the karabiner_grabber,karabiner_observer , karabiner-eventviewer.
All the keys are getting registered in the viewer but the simple key mapping are not just working.
For example q -> x, w ->4 , e -> l. etc

I really like the keyboard and it works fine with windows. Could you guys please help me with this. Feel free to revert back for any other details.

Best Regards,
Sourya

Managed to do it at last, but need some modification.
there are keys which are tagged as not_from:true like the launchpad. Is there a way where i can modify that and use it as different key ?

Press FN + Insert, and it'll work on macos.

I just already fixed my problem, the same one reported by all of you guys.
The solution is an easy and quick fix:

You have to press Fn + Insert + Esc keys several times simultaneously to force macOS to recognize the keyboard.
On the other hand, you would need to add the specific distribution to the configurations = in my case is Latin American - A: So I can use special characters related to my region.

I hope you find this useful.
Best regards.
