Can I configure a condition in JSON file when controlling different computers using the synergy app?

I am using the synergy app which allows sharing a mouse and keyboard on mac for other computers (Windows, Linux). So in this case, the Karabiner is available to configure this case?

I want to stop using a keyboard map from Karabiner when I control the Linux computer by synergy app.
