Hello fellow Habitaters!
As the academic year quickly draws to a close, we have a lot of exciting service opportunities to talk about. This is my first email to you wonderful individuals as Josh has officially turned over the Volunteer Coordinator reigns. For those of you I do not know, I hope we have the opportunity of getting to know one another on the plethora of service opportunities our chapter provides.
First up is a ReStore event we need volunteers for this Saturday, the 30th. The event will be from 10 am - 4 pm, and the ReStore is a great opportunity to learn more about Habitat in the MidOhio region and the work that goes into Habitat builds behind the scenes. Please sign up at the Google Doc link bellow.
A reminder for everyone is that I can certify your service hours. If you need assistance tracking your service, please let me know and I would love to oblige.
Also coming up in April is our Weekend in the Gardens fundraising-service extravaganza. More info on this event will be soon to come, but please start thinking of individuals who may want to financially sponsor you for a weekend working at Franklinton Gardens.
