In light of the recent SoLarry's announcement, I think the Pune OpenSolaris community should get together to better understand its repercussions. I realize that we've only seen an internal memo and that several details of the announcement are still unclear, but if there are any among us who have a better understanding of the situation, I for one, would love to listen to them.

Besides, I believe that this group hasn't actually met in quite a while and if that's too heavy a topic we could just talk about how we've applied the awesome features of OpenSolaris like ZFS, Zones, Crossbow, SMF, et al.

So here's what I propose

Sate: sometime in the middle of September
Time: a nice quiet weekend evening
Venue: some centrally located coffee house where we can make noise over our favourite beverage
