The Chemistry GRE is not a required component of the application to
the Department of Chemistry. However, if an applicant wants to submit
his/her scores for the Chem GRE, those scores must be submitted by the
deadline appropriate to that applicant (deadlines are listed on our
web site and also on this forum). The Admissions Committee will not
wait beyond the application deadline for Chem GRE scores to be
reported if an application contains all of the required application
materials.
