Software Test Developer
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
- 1-2 years software development experience using Java and/or C#
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming methodologies
- Strong debugging, bug tracking, and test reporting skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Fast learner who can come up to speed with different technologies
- Ability to self-manage - comfortable with limited direction
- Highly motivated and self directed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal and mentoring skills
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced, agile project environment with tight deadlines
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies
- Sufficient knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Design, develop, and execute automated test suites for Android and Windows mobile operating systems
- Analyze requirements and create test scenarios and automate when applicable
- Ensure issues are properly tracked throughout the software development lifecycle, from discovery to closure
- Analyze existing manual/automated test coverage/effectiveness to drive test cycle efficiency
- Analyze test results and create reports on quality of software
- Develop and execute various types of tests such as integration, functional, regression, performance, benchmark, and load/stress testing
