New Track Racing Web site

I just hate it when I get a web site address, only to find it's under
construction. Here's mine! Any contributions gratefully received, I don't
need to be told there's not much there but if you can help me fill it with
useful stuff / advise real improvements then I would appreciate it. I
intend to keep the site simple, for my own benefit as much as anybody
else's.
