Hi Arg,

This might be a known issue - see here: https://github.com/DOI-BOR/ostrich/issues/36

Do you have any fixed parameters? Then try to remove those from the OstIn file and see if it works.

Hello,

I’m optimizing an HGS model with Ostrich using WSSE as the objective and running in parallel with ParaPADDS (OstrichMPI). When I run PADDS (serial) everything finishes normally, but switching to ParaPADDS starts the first evaluation in the first ModelSubdir and then aborts as soon as the second evaluation/worker starts. The error is:

 

job aborted: [ranks] message

 [0] process exited without calling finalize 

[1] terminated 

 ---- error analysis

 ----- [0] on Agn OstrichMPI.exe ended prematurely and may have crashed. exit code 0xc0000005

Could you advise what’s causing this and how to fix it?

Actually I don’t have any fixed parameters on my parameters list.

It seems the code of error is different between my case and the one on GitHub.
