Hi Everyone:
Please feel free to follow the link and take this survey for the UOAA. Tomorrow is our last meeting for 2013/2014. Our next meeting will be in September.
Coloplast will be here to introduce their new products and I encourage you to come and see the products being launched. They are very innovative and more effective then some of the current products.
There will be some issues in 2014/2015 to deal with. I'd like to put out there, we are looking for someone to replace Linda Ferguson as Vice President. It's been a tough go to keep things going, and my work schedule has made it next to impossible to get the newsletters out. I'm home for a few weeks so will try to get one or multiple ones out to cover the 1st part of 2014. I again apologize for not getting the newsletters out.
I encourage you to take the survey and come to the meeting.
Have a great day - See you Saturday - 2pm - 4pm - St Rose Siena Hospital, 3001 St Rose Blvd., Henderson NV 89117, Conference Rooms.
Fran

LET US HEAR YOU!
UOAA Survey
|
The UOAA wants to hear your voice! We exist because of ostomy patients coming together and supporting one another. We need your help in guiding us as we grow and expand in the future.
We are beginning a series of surveys that will help us identify how people connect with us, how people think about us and how we can adapt for the future. Your responses are private and no personal information is collected--your response is completely anonymous. We will never ask for your name or contact information, and we request you do not share any personal information in any comments section. Our questions on Cities and States are only to help us identify how far our message is being delivered across the country.
This is the first in a series of surveys that will allow us the opportunity to seek out new initiatives and build stronger relationships within the ostomy community. Your participation is greatly appreciated and we will share the responses in an upcoming President's Message in the Fall.
The Survey takes less the one minute to complete, but will offer the UOAA a lifetime of guidance!!
Take SURVEY
THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME!!!
President, UOAA
