Reminder about meeting Tuesday night 7PM at Sunrise Hospital in the Rendezvous Room left of the cafeteria. Remember you can bring family and/or friends to the meeting.
Topic will be “Travel-Planning for a problem free Adventure”.
I have a few articles that I will bring and a “Flying Home with a new Ostomy Hints” sheet I developed for people who come here on vacation/meeting and return home with an “Unexpected” alteration.
Bring your hints/ideas with you so we can work on developing possibly something we can submit as an article to the Phoenix Journal. Since we are one of the “Vacation/Meeting Destinations” of not only the US but also Foreign Visitors-this group probably will have some amazing ideas to contribute. Your hints can be specific to Ostomy Management or just great “Make you comfortable” items. Some people want to par down to the least stuff possible and others (I fit here & know of many such items) want all conveniences necessary for life. Don’t forget camping hints for those who don’t consider roughing it to be “No Room Service”.
Come with your ideas.
If you have a great treat you want to share bring it. I will have fruit and muffins too.
