Hi All - I'll be getting this out soon.  Been traveling, and then with the passing of Linda Ferguson, it will require some reorganization.

If you are interested in the Vice President role, we'd appreciate your assistance.  It does take some time and dedication, but some  help, we can keep it going.

Please know that I've appreciated your support and help for helping others out.  Let's continue to pay it forward and help the new Ostomates who are out there.

I'd like to ask for a few things to keep things going...

I know a lot of you do not come to the Saturday meetings for various reasons.
a.  "too far" in Henderson

b.  Sabbath day for some of you

c.  Not known to officers

I'd like to see what the feeling would be for another satellite group of the Saturday group on the near west side and if you'd like another day of the week, your suggestions would be welcome.

In order to accomplish this, we'll need volunteers to assist with running the meetings, and we can repeat the agendas we set up for the Saturday meetings with guest speakers, fund-raising, etc.  This would be run as a  satellite group, and would need some volunteers to be officers

I'd like to get your thoughts and would appreciate hearing from each and every one of you.

I also want to know if some kind of "pod" cast would be advantageous to those of you who cannot come to the meetings.  We can go through and discuss these things and figure it out. 

Remember how you felt as a newbie and wouldn't you like to make one new ostomate feel better about what happened to them?  I do and it makes me feel so good that someone can get help from us.

There are some really good things going on with the national organization as well and I'd love to tell you about them.  It's very exciting.
