Regarding ostinato support

I am seeking some support for ostinato tester.

-          Will it run over internet only? Don’t we need to download the software?

-          After buying, will you provide life time access?

-          Is there any long term support if we buy this service?

 

Also can you please provide some additional information if any from your end.

Ostinato is downloadable software. You need to download and install it on a PC/Laptop or Server.

 

-          After buying, will you provide life time access?

If you buy the Starter Single package - one OS and one-time payment, you get lifetime access with forum support only but without any Ostinato software updates.

 

-          Is there any long term support if we buy this service?

Please buy the Business Bundle package (multiple OS support) - this is an annual subscription with free software updates and includes priority support - as long as you have an active subscription.
