I want to buy the license to test the 10Gb connection, What is the minimum licence to use turbo Add-on?

This is for a single device to test 10Gb.

What is your use case for 10G?

Are you trying to test a residential or enterprise 10Gbps ISP connection?

Or are you connecting a device (such as a router/switch or NAT box) with 2 or more 10G ports and you want to test the capability of the box?

Knowing more details about your use case we can guide you better on the license.
