Hello there, I am trying to test my system and need to send traffic through Ostinato. Reading the old threads I can now change the packet size to the required size at the Protocol Selection > Frame Length but I am confused with data rate as "Stream Control" sends packets per second or bursts. Please help me achieve these following configuration:

1) 500MB packet at rates 1Gbps, 4Gbps, 7Gbps and 10Gbps.
2) 750MB packet at rates 1Gbps, 4Gbps, 7Gbps and 10Gbps.
3) 1000MB packet at rates 1Gbps, 4Gbps, 7Gbps and 10Gbps.

What should I put in the packets per second tab to get these values.

Babar,

I assume you mean 500/750/1000 byte packets and not MB.

See https://ostinato.org/docs/faq#q-how-do-i-get-the-traffic-rate-in-mbps for the formula to convert between packets-per-sec and bits-per-sec.
