Ostinato Drone Incompatible Error

Hi,

Im seeing Ostinato Drone Incompatible Error on installing win32-0.7.1

Pls. see attached file.

 

My system: 64 bit Windows 7 OS ServicePack 1

 

Note 1: With win32-0.7.1 installation, I see only Port Group 0, no drop downs etc. Pls. see attached file#1

 

Note 2: On probing and trying to run drone as Administrator (right-clicking drone), I see- drone incompatible message and packet.dll missing. Pls. see attached file#2 and file#3

 

Note 3: I could not find a 64-bit OS compatible Ostinato version, I have installed win32-0.7.1, if a 64-bit version exists, pls. share path/link/site information.

2. Not sure why you are getting the incompatible error - can you
provide further details as given in that dialog box? Also, there seems
to be something called as Program Compatibility Troubleshooter (google
it for details) - try that and see what it says.
3. Please check you have WinPCAP installed. If you do, check if you
have packet.dll. Use Dependency Walker to open drone.exe, then save
the output in .txt format. Attach the .txt file here for analysis
