Hello, I've bought Ostinato 0.8 for Windows previously. Do I have to buy 0.9 again? I do not see any direct download link.

Yes, you need to buy the new version.

Considering that releases are not made very often, the very low minimum price it is offered for and the value that it provides, I hope you will support the project by paying more than the minimum price :-)
