Missing Packet.dll file?

Hi there,

I've just purchased (contribted for) ostinato packet generator. But
when I attempted to open it, the drone.exe file will not launch due to
the packet.dll file being missing. After reading the FAQ page on the
site and ensuring the conditions have been met I thought I'd reach out
to the group.
I'm using the Windows Binary downloaded as a Zip file (v0.8)

Any thoughts?

You don't have WinPcap installed - download and install it from https://www.winpcap.org/
