status.Net 0.9.6 vs swat0 FAILS!!!

i tried out swat0 testing with three status.net account but it fails.
I create the following scenarios:
1) B<- - - - - - - - - - - - A C : B
follows A
2) B<- - - - - - - - - - - - A - - - - - - - - - > C : B,C
follow A
When A posts a photo tagged with C, and afterwards B replies, C does
not receive that reply(from B).
I saw a video which show a swat0 success test using 3 different
status.net(0.9.5) account(http://ostatus.org/tag/swat0).
